Manuscripts

No handwritten or electronic manuscripts (by email or on a CD) will be considered for publication.

  • However, electronic submissions, consisting of a synopsis (250 words), content page and first chapter may be sent by email. If the publisher thinks there is a market for the book, a complete hard copy will be requested.

Mail a typescript in double spacing (hard copy) of the manuscript to the publisher.

All pages must be numbered.

Never send your only copy of the manuscript. The publisher cannot guarantee that you will receive your manuscript back.

Submissions should include the following:

  • a self-addressed, stamped envelope, with postage fully paid. No manuscripts will be returned at the publisher’s expense.
  • a covering letter, including your phone numbers, postal address and email address
  • a synopsis of the manuscript (250 words)
  • the opening chapter
  • a short CV, mentioning any previous writing experience and/or publications
  • a marketing plan (optional)

The publisher will acknowledge receipt of your manuscript.

Should the manuscript be accepted for publication, the publisher will offer you a contract. If publication cannot be offered, you will be informed in writing.
